Pastor David Ramirez
Pastor Ramirez has been the Assistant Pastor at Zion Lutheran Church since July 2009. He leads the Senior High Youth Group of Zion and Faith in Lincoln. Pastor Ramirez graduated from Concordia Theological Seminary-Fort Wayne in 2008. He has experience with youth work: serving as a youth director in South Carolina; leading the undergraduate and graduate Duke Lutheran groups; learning much through his time in seminary and growing up in the church.
Pastor Ramirez has been married to Lisa (nee Albury) Ramirez since 2006, and has three children: Magdalena (2), Isaac (1), and one they are eagerly waiting to meet in October.

Pastor Mark Thompson
Pastor Thompson has served our Lord in parish ministry for nearly twelve years. For three of those ten years he has served at Zion Lincoln. Pastor Thompson is also a Chaplain in the Illinois National Guard. He is married to Christina and together they have three children. Their family looks forward to many years of living in Lincoln and serving the members of Zion.
